Challenger Institute's Cream Team for CHOGM

They are known as the A team of their hospitality training courses and they will be in the heat of the action when more than 50 world leaders sit down to dine with Julia Gillard in Perth next month.

and Jeremy Yew Tan, of Malaysia
The five international students will help chef Costa Simatos prepare and plate the showpiece Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting meal, the Prime Minister's Dinner, on October 29.
The students, from Malaysia, Indonesia, South Korea and Taiwan, are at various stages of their school of hospitality and tourism courses at the Challenger Institute of Technology and were chosen by Simatos from 20 volunteers.
Their involvement came after Simatos accepted an offer from Challenger program manager Markus Beuke.
Simatos, who will oversee an Australian-themed dinner including canapes, entree and a main course of lamb dishes, said the main quality he had looked for in the students was enthusiasm and energy for what would be a couple of long days.
"At the end of the day you have to have passion to put something good on a plate," he said.
