Aviation Students Welcome the Arrival of the College’s New Boeing 737 Aircraft

Polytechnic West (formerly Swan TAFE) has recently purchased a Boeing 737 aircraft. The aircraft is being located within the college's new aerospace training facility out at Jandakot Airport in Perth.

Polytechnic West teaches courses to students interested in becoming pilots, aircraft maintenance engineers and airport managers. In 2010 all of the college's aviation programs have been relocated to the purpose built facility out at Jandakot Airport. This facility has now been enhanced by the new 737 aircraft which will be utilised by the students undertaking the Associate Degree in Aviation (Maintenance Engineering) and other programs.
