The Australia India Skills Conference aims to foster innovation and collaboration in skills development between Australia and India by bringing together key players in the skills sectors of both countries. The Conference will prepare both Australian and Indian delegates to deliver future prosperity and meet the various skills challenges both countries face moving into the 21st Century.
The Conference presents an exciting opportunity for leaders from both countries to work together to:

- Share best practice models
- Expand awareness of both countries’ skills sectors, labour markets and policy environments.
Day One of the Skills Conference will be ‘hands on’ with presentations from Australia and Indian stakeholders, followed by small group discussions and an official dinner. Day Two includes the option of site visits to leading Australian training Institutions and individual discussions with the Indian delegation members. The Indian delegation will be led by Mr Dilip Chenoy, CEO National Skill Development Corporation.
