Monday, 16 April 2012
Lovenaah Vincent from Mauritius has been awarded the West Coast Institute of Training International Student of the Year for 2012.
Lovenaah successfully completed a Diploma in Enrolled Nursing and plans to continue her studies into a bachelor degree in nursing at Edith Cowan University.
Lovenaah said “Nursing is all about preparing, planning and that special touch that you have with a patient. “My lecturers showed me my strengths and how to overcome my weaknesses, how to plan and use my skills. I like the personal contact with my patients, I like to take care of them, I like to talk to them, I like to listen and this is why I decided to study nursing.”
Congratulations Lovenaah. We wish you every success in your future.
