Welcome to our online application process for all TAFE courses. Please read the instructions and then click the button below to proceed to our online form. Instructions (1) The online form below requires Javascript to be enabled to work. (Read how to turn it on). Remember, you can also submit applications by email, post or fax. We also have a backup form that doesn't require Javascript. (2) All applicants must read the Terms & Conditions before submitting their application (these are also linked from the form). The declaration at the end of the form is legally binding (equivalent to a signature). (3) Fields marked with red asterisks * must be filled out before you can submit. However, please fill in as much of the form as you can as this will speed up the application process and save us having to request the information later. (4) You can save the form at any time by filling in your email address and a password and come back to this page later and continue it. (5) If applying for Certificate or Diploma course you'll need to provide copies of your academic results (e.g. A levels, GSCE, Diploma, etc) to meet the entry requirements. You'll also need to submit evidence of English proficiency if it isn't your first language. The easiest way to do so is through submitting IELTS/TOEFL tests or English grades from schooling. Attach your Results: These academic and English results can be attached to this online application. Therefore, you may wish to wait until you have them before submitting your application. Otherwise, you will need to supply them afterwards by email or using our Upload form. (6) After submitting your form you will be given instructions on what to do next. |
