This qualification will provide you with the practical skills and knowledge you need to supervise operations within the tourism and travel industries. You will learn to provide travel and tourism information and advice, process bookings and develop tour packages. This qualification includes a wide spectrum of managementrelated skills concentrating on the operational side of the tourism industry such as sales and marketing, customer relations, presentation skills and occupational health and safety.

Admission Requirements

To gain admission to this qualification you need to meet the minimum entry requirement equivalent to Australian Year 10.
