This course provides students with the skills and academic requirements to enter either an enrolled or registered nursing qualification. The course is designed for students who have not satisfied the necessary secondary education requirements to enter directly into higher level nursing programs.

Admission Requirements

Equivalent to Australian Year 11 with passes in Science and Maths and an IELTS of 6.0 or equivalent. Alternative entry pathways are available (see below). Students entering via the Certificate III in Aged Care require an IELTS of 5.5 or equivalent.

*This course will be primarily delivered at the McLarty Ave annex. McLarty Ave is walking distance from the main Joondalup campus. A free Joondalup central area transit bus service is available to transport students from the train station to the main campus and McLarty Ave.
