This qualification is designed to provide you with the practical skills and knowledge you need to provide leadership and management in meeting business objectives. You will develop skills in business administrative procedures, human resources, team development and the implementation of business strategies. You will also learn how to manage the operational areas of an organisation, including how to manage people and performance; recruit, select and induct staff; manage meetings; and prepare and manage budgets.
Admission Requirements
To gain admission to this qualification you need to meet the minimum entry requirement equivalent to Australian Year 12 or completion of Certificate III in Business (BSB30110). Refer to the admission requirements for your country.
