This qualification will provide you with the practical skills required to undertake a range of administrative tasks in an office environment, including customer service, computing, accounts and recordkeeping. You will learn to process manual and computerised accounts, and payroll, produce business documents and create and use databases and spreadsheets. This qualification is also a pathway into a range of diploma programs.
